Hula Hideout has 3 bedrooms with beds, one is a kids room with a bunk bed. There is also a couch with a pull out bed in the living room, to make a total of 5 beds and 2.5 bathrooms in the rental.
We are thrilled to announce, we own the house right next door, called the Hawaii Hideout, which features 4 bedrooms (1 in private attached studio), 5 beds, and 3.5 baths; comfortable for 11 guests. It has game room, pool table, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, lanai BBQ area and more!
This option is perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together while still enjoying their own space and privacy. With both neighboring vacation rental homes, you can accommodate a larger number of guests comfortably, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep and unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions.

In the Makaha Valley gated community we are located in, there are some typical rules and restrictions in place to ensure the safety, security, and peacefulness of the community. Here are some of the typical rules or restrictions for the vacation rental property:
1. Guest Access: Gated communities often have controlled access points, so guests staying in the rental property require prior authorization or clearance from the property owner or management. This ensures that only authorized individuals can enter the community.
2. Noise and Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, after 10 pm is the quiet hours; during which excessive noise should be minimized. It's important to be respectful of your neighbors and adhere to these time restrictions.
3. Parking Regulations: Gated communities have designated parking areas or regulations in place. Our guests have parking spaces right in front of the home.
4. Community Amenities: The Gated community is still under construction at this time, in the near future there will be a community recreation center and fitness facility. We are unsure of the specific open date.
5. Pet Policies: Pets are not permitted in our vacation rental properties.
6. Waste Disposal and Recycling: Garbage cans are on the property for your convenience.
7. Property Maintenance: As a renter, you are usually expected to maintain the rental property in good condition and report any damages or issues promptly.
Makaha Valley is a beautiful place to be. The nearest beach to Makaha Valley is Makaha Beach, which is a few minutes drive. It's a stunning stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and even surfing if you're feeling adventurous.
